BLACKCURRANTS: black currAnts are a special berry, they are delicious raw, baked, boiled or turned into a liquor also known as ‘Cassis.’
Black currents are native to the northern hemisphere specifically the chillier regions of central Europe.
Strawberries: are well known fresh or as hard candies, or in desserts. Small, juicy fragrant, and sour if eaten green. They are native to the northern hemisphere and there are over 20 varieties.
